For reviews under £500, we invoice on completion, payable within 14 days. For larger projects a 50% deposit confirms your booking and the balance is invoiced on delivery. Ongoing support is billed monthly in advance. Bank transfer or card — whichever suits. In every case the figure is the one agreed in writing before work began.
